Why This Site Exists:
Like many of you, I have food allergies, and sensitivities. We also may know family members and friends that have food restrictions as well. It is certainly a challenge to find recipes that we can all enjoy without the risk of allergic reactions, sacrificing our health, or compromising on flavor. So, I started experimenting in the kitchen, learning to swap out the ingredients that were a no-go for ones that are safe, nutritious and tasty.

This site is all about flexibility and creativity in the kitchen. Whether you're gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegan, or just looking to make healthier choices, I share recipes that you can easily adapt to suit your needs. Each recipe includes simple swaps and tips to help you customize the dish to fit your dietary restrictions or preferences without losing the essence of the original recipe.
How it works:
When you see an ingredient in a recipe with the swap icon () and a selection box around it, select it to swap it out for another. The disposition of that combination of ingredients, and the steps to create the recipe will automatically change. Hover over the disposition pills to see a description of each.
